Hunt's Grove

BRIDGE worked with the local government and a local nonprofit to create this model for high-quality affordable family housing. The community offers 56 large apartments in an efficient pinwheel design, providing a separate entry for each home. Blending into the rural feel of St. Helena, the buildings have wood board-and-batten siding. Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Hunt’s Grove Apartments is bordered by beautiful vineyards and the Napa River, and is walking distance to a grocery store, shops and downtown St. Helena.
